General Secretary of Association completely exonerated in 5th Interim report of Disclosures Tribunal

The Disclosures Tribunal has issued its’ fifth interim report which concerns allegations made against a number of senior members of An Garda Síochána including our own General Secretary, Superintendent Michael Comyns.

The report is unequivocal in its exoneration of Michael and refutes all the allegations made against him.  The report, which is attached, is worthy of careful perusal by all Superintendents and clearly outlines the difficult situations in which members of the Association can find themselves while diligently and conscientiously performing their duties.
