Our President Colm Murphy recently represented the Association at the Association of Scottish Police Superintendents Annual Conference held in Peebles. This was a special conference for our Scottish Colleagues who were celebrating 100 Years! Picture with President Rob Hay.
Heather Humphreys TD is the Minister for Social Protection, Minister for Justice, and Minister for Rural and Community Development. In her capacity as Minister for Justice she will address the Annual Delegate Conference of the Association of Garda Superintendents.
The Annual Delegate Conference will take place in October 2021.
We aim to speak for and represent the views of Superintendents at all relevant fora, to contribute to, influence and help shape policing policies at the strategic level, to provide our members with help and advice in relation to their conditions of service, health and welfare.
Superintendents are key senior officers in An Garda Síochána, managing Garda Districts as well as National Teams Units.
